I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AIBioTech in July 2012
Interview
Applied through a recruiter. Recruiter arranged interview on short notice. Met with human resources, VP of science, and manager of department. Met with a few current employees. Asked a few general questions. I felt like the job was already decided when I met face to face. The interview felt more like a chance to see if I fit in with the culture of employees. Went on a tour of the facilities. Was impressed with the products and the equipment available for use.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AIBioTech (Richmond, VA) in Sept 2013
Interview
One-on-one with my future manager. Given a tour around the facility and briefly introduced to some of my future coworkers. It took many weeks for and following up before I was presented with an actually job offer with title, pay, benefits, and list of job responsibilities. The job title was not the one I applied and interviewed for. The pay was low and the benefits were bad, but I really needed a job.
