I applied online I got a call back in two weeks. I interviewed for two positions and with the direct supervisor of both departments. The interview was structured questions with a formal Scoring sheet.

Two to three rounds of interviews. Each round was about an hour in length. Interviewed with upper management and then the individuals I would be directly reporting to if hired. The people who hired and recruited were very helpful and nice.
