It was an on campus recruitment. I heard about the organization from a friend and he gave me the application. I completed it and submitted to one of AIESEC's reps. On the day of the interview, they took all applicants through series of phases before the final interview stage with the panel. It was a great experience overall.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at AIESEC (Alexandria, Alexandria Governorate) in July 2019
Interview
it was a good experience, they focus on good english speaking, confident , good-looking, respectful and intelligent people.
As I moved up, the process became more refined, depending on the needs of the entity, and depending on the roles I pursued. With greater responsibility comes greater attention to the selection process, and I felt that all of the selection processes I was apart of were handled fairly and democratically
I applied online. I interviewed at AIESEC (Kenitra) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was longer than i expected and too distracting and was done by two people on one hand and on the other hand you're not even allowed to read the questions you have to memorise the question to answer it,i taught this was an opportunity to grow more but unfortunetly not the case in morroco ,you already have to be better in order to be accepeted .
