Interview
Applied online and got a response rather quickly. Had a nice intro call with the recruiter, than a longer one with the HM which focused on specific situations and previous experience. I was then presented an assignment that was rather broad but a useful experience overall. Lastly, I was invited to an onsite interview with the HM to tie all loose ends. The experience was quite pleasant and was communicated very transparently by the recruiter.
Very smooth and streaminlined. Always kept in the loop with clear next steps and constructive feedback. The process consists of 3 stages, 2 interviews and a work test. After this you finalize all the proacticalities
