Negative Interview process. The recruiter was very bad at her job; she was very bad at responding and she was very good at ignoring.
The first time I got reached out by one of the recruiters, I gave her a heads up that I might have to call her instead because sometimes my phone doesn't work and it's never a case that I miss a phone call: I just won't be receiving it even though it's ringing on her side. Anyhow, she didn't even bother getting back to me for 2 days after us not being able to talk. When she got back to me finally, she said she'd call again the following week. So I prepped for the phone call and all that but she told me the position has been filled.
When I saw another opportunity that I was interested in and thought I'd qualify for, I reached out to her and she got back to me asking about my availabilities for the remainder of that week and when I replied to her, I never heard back from her AGAIN.
Seeing how recruiters treat the candidates says a lot about the company.
