Interview
meet with all levels in the team, from Analysts, to Director, VP, SVP. The first interview was with HR which was conducted via phone, it was quite generic, some basic questions about why you want to work for LoyaltyOne? What's your goal in 5 years? etc.

Interview
First it was telephoninic round, and was asked more about my technical background. Then an interview was set up next week with 3 person panel where I was asked technical question plus reasoning questionnaire. 2 day smooth process but they give joining date after 2 weeks.
Overall experience was very good.
