I was contacted by the HR manager for a phone interview. She was friendly, understanding, and not intimidating at all. We had a really great conversation, and I was qualified for the position. Once I passed this initial screening, I was asked to complete a comprehensive personality assessment. The only bummer is that they decided to go a different direction with the position halfway through the process due to budgetary constraints.
