Day long process including lunch, got to chat to current apprentices over the lunch break. Lots of more abstract activities followed by 5 rounds of 5 questions (speed interview) with the managers.

Interview
They mainly asked questions about your motives and why you wanted to join their company alongside questions about yourself so they could judge you as a person.
They asked pretty simple questions.
