It was casual and friendly. Leadership was interested in my background and my experience teaching. Mostly wanted to make sure I was personable and able to communicate with students and parents.

Why do you want to be a tutor? What was a challenging experience you had communicating complex information?
Pretty easy, couple basic questions and an assessment test. Everyone seemed friendly and the process moved pretty quickly. I thought the assessment was comprehensive. Overall a good experience and I gained some insight on how to hone my skills.

Pretty low key interview experience. Ask about your background, why you want to tutor, etc.. If you've experienced great tutoring sessions, talk about how you want to create the same environment for your students.
