They asked basic questions about how you would handle situations, and what your previous experiences are. Most of it is just standard ‘what you’re suppose to do’ stuff.

Interview
Interviewed with bakery manager and assistant managers. Straight-forward questions, nothing out of the ordinary. I know from experience the hiring process has changed slightly, they now have a set of questions to ask and will sometimes include store manager as well.
