1. Discussion with HR(Telephonic) regarding work experience ,salary etc stuff. 2. Then they gave me a 3 tasks to complete within 2 days. Those Tasks were: a) Write testcases for one websites (which they given) homepage in their testcase format. b)They gave a bug video,based on which had to write a bug description. c) Create a automation test framework for homepage. 3. I've invested my whole weekend to completer thier tasks, especially the automation task and completed all tasks perfectly. After 3 days,they sent me a mail where they mentioned that they have too many applications and we won't take u to next round. I'm sure that the reason of rejection was budget issue because I already had that feeling on hr call like they dont have budget. Even he asked me that why I want that much salary hike which was really strange because I Asked only as per market standard like around 20 -30% on current. Guys,if you don't have any such budget issue to hire anybody then please don't waste people's valuable time.
