Interview
First round was a chat with head of recruitment, very informal and felt comfortable. Second was an interview with the Strategy Director, again just a conversation with nothing to prepare. Then radio silence despite multiple requests for an update. The only comms I got after this was a request for feedback on the interview process which was a joke.

Interview
The process was initially a positive experience. I worked with a contract recruiter who was extremely transparent and straightforward about the role and state of the agency. I was made aware that larger business needs were being discussed that would affect the process timeline.
However, after multiple rounds of interviews, a presentation assignment, and positive feedback, I waited more than two months for a decision before being turned down, with very little communication during that time.
