AKS Software interview questions

Interview was very unique and challenging. They had 10 rounds of quick fire questions that was very good to test someone on their decision making skills. Post that we had a direct interview asking about personal qualities, abilities. The process was well defined and very intuitive. People who need to prepare for this interview, first round is all that you can prepare, following it, only your experience and skills will make it to get the offer.

They first conducted written test at campus and then a interview round at campus. Finally they will call for Technical interview at Company premises. This process I follwed in year 2012. We 8 went for final technical round and out of us 4 were . Net and 4 were java. They took only . Net Developer.
