Interview
5 rounds: mental math, personality, webcam interview, phone interview, onsite interview. Math focuses on 2 digit multiplication, pattern recognition, probability. Behavioral test is very long. Webcam interview is tough since you have to read yourself the questions. Do not cheat on the mental test or you will just fail later.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".

Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
