Interview
Applied online, recived an email to do online assessment. The assessment contains two timed parts, 1st parts on mental math, addition, division, fraction, multiplication, do as many as you can, but they have some minimum requirement. Then sequence, ask you to find the next number in a sequence, bascially ask you to find patterns.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
