I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2017
Interview
First was a 22 minute test. First 7 was mental math, and then a sequence recognition for 15. Practice on trader test to pass that. Then was a questionnaire that assesses your personality. Then was an online 5 minute on demand interview in which you do 5 questions in 5 minutes. First is personality, next is mental math, then brain teasers finally probability questions. Then is a one on one phone interview which is mostly probability based.

Question 1
What is the expected value of a dice. What would you pay to play of the game if you only played once? What if you played a thousand times? Now let's say you get a chance to reroll, what would you set the price of the game.
A lot of async steps first and then technical online. Medium difficulty online assesments and overall the process was good. Felt like they were respectful of time. Overall positive experience.

The first step is an online assessment focused primarily on arithmetic calculations, followed by a coding round with three questions. After that, there's a trading game round, and finally, an interview with a live interviewer.
There are 3 rounds of OA, including mental math, trading game, and one coding, and 1 interview with trader, and 1 interview with HR, and the final round is the onsite interview.
