Interview
As stated on website: online math assessment, personality test, one sided video interview, phone interview, then onsite. Unfortunately, I did not pass the phone screen, answered all questions, just struggled a bit with one/two of them.

Question 1
The usual behavioural questions. Why trading? Why Akuna? Other interests? etc.
Technicals are all probability/brainteasers. Brush up on expected value of coinflips, dierolls, cards etc.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".

Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
