The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL)
Interview
First step there will be an IQ / Intelligence Test after you submit the application online then
Second step Personality Test (I am here)
From what I heard:
Third StepVideo Interview
fourth step Phone Interview
fifth step 1 on 1 Interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
For the IQ/Intelligence Test part, I think it is quite hard to prepare as these problem can all be done by elementary math but can be quite tricky given the time constraint. Math problems require you to do basic math operations really fast like 53 * 29, 1001 * 11. For the sequence part, you are required to find patterns in sequence as fast as possible e.g. 2 5 11 17 (23). My advice is to skip over the hard problem like 564 * 11 and focus on the easier one. (I think it is almost guaranteed that you can not finish all the problems provided by them)
A lot of async steps first and then technical online. Medium difficulty online assesments and overall the process was good. Felt like they were respectful of time. Overall positive experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The first step is an online assessment focused primarily on arithmetic calculations, followed by a coding round with three questions. After that, there's a trading game round, and finally, an interview with a live interviewer.
There are 3 rounds of OA, including mental math, trading game, and one coding, and 1 interview with trader, and 1 interview with HR, and the final round is the onsite interview.
