Interview
Doesnt really make sense, they give you a bunch of random brain teasers and math problems I took it as a joke. I trade i already make money, if you want to bring me on as a trader ask me questions related to trading at least. Waste of my time if the company isnt series, or this messed up with the hiring process.
A lot of async steps first and then technical online. Medium difficulty online assesments and overall the process was good. Felt like they were respectful of time. Overall positive experience.

Interview
The first step is an online assessment focused primarily on arithmetic calculations, followed by a coding round with three questions. After that, there's a trading game round, and finally, an interview with a live interviewer.
There are 3 rounds of OA, including mental math, trading game, and one coding, and 1 interview with trader, and 1 interview with HR, and the final round is the onsite interview.
