The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.
Difficult interview

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL in Oct 2013
Interview
took an online math test, upon it's result i was scheduled for a phone interview.
Phone interview consisted of general questions such as why trading, market making, and biggest risk i had ever taken. then it moved to technical stuff--mental math, questions about the options theory and some greeks.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
question on how delta hedging would affect price of futures/options.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
