Online Test, Phone interview with a trader, then on-site interview. Online test includes math calculation and sequence pattern. Phone interview checks if your background fits the position. About 30 minutes, some option questions and probabilities. They wanna know if you can respond quickly under pressure.

What is the most risky decision in your life experience?
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
