I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2021
Interview
I was asked to take a HackerRank coding challenge as the first step. This is the only step I made it to before being rejected. The coding challenge was one of the most poorly constructed ones I have ever taken. The questions are confusing and poorly worded, it leaves it up to you to figure out the definitions of some things in their scenarios, and the example input/output does not match their description. The actual Python was easy, it was just a very badly constructed set of questions.

Question 1
HackerRank coding challenge in Python, 3 questions
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL
Interview
Initially was sent an OA that focused on OOP, instead of leetcode style questions. Next round was a phone interview with a developer that required a deep understanding of Python concepts, such as OOP concepts and other language specific features. Final round interview came after and involved two sections. One section focused on OOP design questions with a case study, the other section was a traditional leetcode style question. Overall smooth process from start to finish. Took a little while to receive a response after each stage, but interviewers and HR were friendly.
The interview was conducted over a zoom call. It took roughly 30 mins and I was asked about my past experiences as well as questions about the python language and its features.
