The interview was super chill. Applied online but went into the store for an interview. Casual dialogue, asking for past experiences and relevant skills. Was also a means to get and explanation of the the job.

Interview
It did not seem to be premeditated, the first interview I had was with the stock manager who held a sheet of notebook paper with scribbled questions. While the stock manager was a good boss and a hard worker, that first impression just about summed up the experience working here.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDO Group (Las Vegas, NV) in June 2017
Interview
One interview that I set up by going to the store to show initiative and I was able to talk with one of the managers. Then, I was interviewed by a key holder and was given the job a few days later.
