Joke! They’re not interviewing you for a job, they just want a free consultation from high skilled people
1st - quick call (someone from HR) less than 5m call asking for availability.
2nd - interview with another manager/senior, they had no idea what to do in that company/product, felt like it was a free consultation and not a CV interview/get to know you. And I was right, they never called back and the job position is still open (for +2 months)

Interview
After a quick process of applying for the role via LinkedIn, It was a two-step process with 1st interview on MS Teams and then 2nd interview in person at the Reading Office.
Usual interview process, nothing out of the ordinary and nothing too challenging. It was initially with HR then hiring manager and then follow up interview with other more senior members of staff.
