Contacto directo con el reclutador. Entrevista profunda con reclutador, explorando conocimientos y experiencia en la posición, así como habilidades interpersonales y de solución de problemas. Posteriormente entrevista técnica con líder de área.

Unfortunately, I was not granted an interview by Human Resources due to age so no interview scheduled even though perfectly qualified for the position. Very disappointing since my education and experience would have benefited the company.

Interview
Good atmosphere, pleasant interviewer, nice office downtown, discussed organisation chart and personal family background on a casual basis, came back quite quickly the next day with offer, concluded the entire process within a week
