Interview
The interview process was of 3 rounds. One telephonic round (technical), one face to face round (both technical & managerial) and one HR round. The questions in telephonic round were technical. The questions in face to face round were related to process followed for design and managerial questions. HR round was about the communication skills and salary negotiation.

Two rounds of interview, Technical and HR round. Technical round was based on basics of Mechanical engineering and prior experience . Sometimes they also perform Cad test. The questions were mostly focused on fundamentals of Mechanical engineering and projects handled

The interview was really good they asked some common questions like why does the train is not able to stop quickly as soon as the brakes are applied and what's the reason behind the long run stop.

Interview
It's a very magnified process. The Skills and the Employment History does count and should be well prepared with short and brief knowledge on the Job Responsibilities. Relevance referral is well taken care based on the experience and also the technical ability and logical reasoning is more appreciated. Problem solving capabilities will be checked. Over all project vision and the commitment towards the deliverable is the top priority. Innovative ideas are encouraged.
