3 parts interview Intial round of technical interview-asked basic questions about switch yard and questions related to past experience, second round of technical - very tough questions from Power Electronics interview HR round basic HR questions

Interview starts with the technical round which was lengthy discussion ends in 3-4 hours, after that HR round which was general negotiation ends in 1 hr. My resume was forwarded through a consultant , after which I got selected and got interview call. Whole process took almost 1 month. starting from forwarding my resume to consultant and getting final offer.
