I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALTAIR Global (Walnut, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
After submitting my resume via Indeed, they got back to me promptly. A recruiter emailed me to set up a phone interview. We had a phone interview 2 days later. It went well so the recruiter will be setting up an interview for me with a hiring manager within the next 4-5 days or so.

Question 1
It was more of a professional conversation. She was telling me about the role and the company culture, environment, etc. I was asking her questions about the role. She asked me why I have been out of the workforce for so long.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALTAIR Global (Plano, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied on LinkedIn and received a request for a followup phone call. The phone call seemed to be a phone screen and asked basic interview questions. Overall, the phone call seemed to go well and my impression was that I would receive a follow up call to schedule an interview with the team manager/s.
A week or two went by without any further communication which lead me to follow up by email but I received no response. Unsurprisingly, the position has since been closed/filled.
Disappointing, but perhaps there will be another opportunity in the future.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at ALTAIR Global (Walnut Creek, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
I had three 15 minute interviews with three different Operations Managers. Typical interview questions, nothing crazy or out of the norm. They are looking for fun individuals who are excited to learn new industries. Be sure to mention that you are looking for something fast paced and that you like to work with teams.
