le processus d'embauche commence par un entretien téléphonique, il demande généralement ton parcours et tes expériences, après une descriptions de l'entreprise et des missions. un deuxième entretien est planifié. Lors du second entretiens, les questions sont sont un peu plus détaillé, L'échange est entré sur le projet professionnel et voir les valeurs du candidat correspond au valeur de l'entreprise.
Heel weinig communicatie en heel veel valse beloftes tijdens sollicitatieprocedure. Nooit meer iets gehoord na sollicitatie gesprek. Meermaals gecontacteerd en meermaals te horen gekregen dat ik de week erop iets ging horen en dat gebeurde maar niet.

Il colloquio si è svolto in videochiamata con un referente HR e il manager dell'azienda. Il manager si è dimostrato poco preciso e poco stimolante. Tuttavia colloquio in cui ci si è concentrati sulle mie competenze, senza però ritenerle necessarie ma solo come plus. Inoltre ha illustrato diverse attività da approfondire e che sono richieste nel mondo lavorativo.
