I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALTEN (Brescia)
Interview
First I did a phone interview and they where describing the company and the open opportunity, than I had a technical interview where I have been asked few questions and finally another phone interview with the recruiter that offered me the contract

During the technical interview they did some questions about object oriented programming but it was clear that their only aim was to pretend to do an interview

Quali progetti hai fatto all'università e in quale linguaggio
El reclutador fue muy desordenado con mi proceso teniendo que recordarle múltiples veces para que agendará mi entrevista técnica . En la entrevista técnica fue todo lo contrario muy amable la persona , preguntas muy claras. Lo malo es que después de la entrevista técnica me gustaron , no me dieron resultados a pesar de hacer seguimiento

They gave told me to solve logic problem in a codebase written in C++.
Also, they asked me more questions about how would I react to certain work scenarios to understand my psychology health.
