I must admit it was the worst interview process I ever experienced. let alone the unprofessionalism of the second stage interviewer. the process in general was quick as they needed to fill in a vacancy then. I had a call from one of they graduate recruiters and then ended up having my first interview via video call which lead to my second interview

Question 1
It seemed to me that I had to know everything about Alten not about the job I shall be doing later on! the interviewer was not trained well enough to handle the interview properly! he was trying to be intimidating and rather difficult, not welcoming nor easy going.
most of the questions were about Alten which was odd and boring! I just had to give them what they really want to hear! the reason behind the questions was requiring giving positive outlines about their company which is obvious when asking pointless questions like that.
so if you are good at talking and selling then you can simply get the job!
The first few interviews are non-technical and mainly focused on the consultant role expectation.
The following interviews are more slightly more technical regarding to your role, generally easier interview difficulty.

Interview
The interview involved three rounds of video interviews, about an hour each. Overall they blended into one as the content and questions asked were often very similar. Took around a month to complete to complete everything. The offer was exceptionally low for the field and what was being asked and so I declined
