Phone screening and teams interview accordingly. İnterview with recruiter and business manager. İnterview took around one and half hour. Phone screening is more or less 20 minutes. Company reviews and quick introduction from interviewers
Pretty straight forward process, called by a recruiter, and interviewed for a couple of rounds. There were more but i didnt make it as i needed VISA (i think). They did not make it clear. Interviews felt more like listening than answering questions.

Question 1
Why would an engineering company ask for ALTEN's services if they already have speciality teams at their site?
Pretty short, nothing really focused on experience. Just HR Questions and a quick rejection later. 5 minutes is not an interview in my opinion. This was my experience anyway with the interview process.
First interview with human resources, then technical questions with manager then last interview with hiring manager. Test was 5 questions that could be done online. The people were receptive and very kind
