Their recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. Firstly we had a phone call. The interviewer asked if I saw myself working as a consultant, am I ok with changing projects, and described conditions (salary etc.). Secondly, we had a video call. This talk was about my overall experience and CV. It was pleasant and respectful. The interviewer said their colleague would contact me for details on my CV so they could forward them to their clients. After that, I never heard from them again. After the interview, the candidate should always get "yes or no". That is a common courtesy. Nonetheless, since overall it was a pleasant experience, I will give it a positive remark.

Er zijn een 5 tal gesprekken (met business managers, consultant, on site, etc.). Na mijn 3e gesprek zou ik feedback krijgen maar heb deze nooit ontvangen. Volledige radiostilte! Je bent gewoon een nummer!
