I applied online and heard back in a couple of hours to come in for an interview. I came in 2 days later to take a quick standardize test (15 minutes). Then the project manager came into and asked me about my programming experience. Right after that he showed me around the company and talked about the position I was applying for. Unfortunately, I didn't get the position.
