I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AMBA
Interview
Two interviews and the fact they had to sell me on the job should have driven me away. This was a very second round interview and spent most of the time signing the contract.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had a significant challenge ahead of you
Very kind. Very Informing, did well explaining the position. Up front with commission based pay. Fast follow up. Within the next day my follow up interview was scheduled. Very pleased with the conversation. Also, very pleased with the ability to answer any questions I had.

Question 1
Describe your past experience and tell me about yourself.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AMBA (Austin, TX) in May 2020
Interview
I applied online through linked-in, and recurved an email with a couple days to schedule a time to speak with their HR. There were 2 “introduction” interviews with HR where they answer vague questions you have a briefly explain the job. They are screening you to decide if you’re worth speaking with the hiring manager. The hiring manager conducted a video call interview. We made casual conversation then he went through a slide show that explains the company, position, and pay in detail. He answered all of my remaining questions about the company, then asked the cliche “describe a time when” questions. He insinuated to offering me the job on the spot, but for formality reasons, we had to have one more call. I took a personality quiz, and accepted his job offer on the second call, where he went over the next steps for hiring paperwork.
