Interview
The hiring process was straight-forward and a quick process. As I came in to the business, I was warmly greeted by the working staff and informed them of my interview. They kindly directed me to an area that I could wait in while they contacted the manager that I had arrived. The manager arrived moments later with a warm greeting and introduction, and invited me into their office. The overall interview experience was extremely comfortable and the manager always addressed me in a professional manner, and maintained a very calm and friendly attitude throughout.

How are you with customer service and problem solving angry customers? It wasnt bad, a lot of what would you do if type questions. I got the job eventually. And it was my favorite.

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
