I applied online, and received the invitation to interview from the online virtual assistant. The process from the initial screening questions to the interview result takes more than a week. (Houston, TX.)

Interview
It was a short 15 min interview and very simple questions, told me I would hear back at the end of the week. Did not receive the position but would explore another position there at a later point.
