Had one phone screening and then a zoom with the director of the team I wanted to work with. All behavioral questions and not much preparation is needed. Know TMAY and your strengths and weaknesses.

Why do you want to work for AMC and in entertainment?
Applied through the website then heard back from a recruiter that paired me with a hiring team. Straightforward interview with the manager. Not sure about steps after as I did not move forward.
Interviews aren’t bad, one is with HR and another with the lead of the team you’d work for. Very communicative until after the second interview, and no formal communication afterwards even with a follow up.
