Phone interview.Not very clear on how interview process went. No clear indication on what the next steps would be. I was left confused and unsure if i succeeded or failed. Waiting on response from company.

Hard to get a sense of what the company wants. Place filled with negative staff and leadership which is not honest through the process. Phone screen followed by panel interview.
Interview process was last minute and scattered; they didn't seemed prepared to be interviewing candidates. Based on the interview, it seems like you need to know the right people to get promotions or even positions.
