Received an email about scheduling a phone interview one day after I submitted an online application. I followed the instruction on the email, was not able to schedule online, so I contacted the phone number on email regarding to this issue, but didn't hear back from them at all. I eventually called the number again, and got scheduled for a phone interview. Somehow I didn't receive a phone call on the scheduled day, had to call the same number again to reschedule (later on that evening, I received an email about "sorry we missed you"). Recruiter on the phone was not professional at all, plainly read out from her script, and when I asked about her experience, she said "it was good".
