I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AML RightSource (Highland Hills, OH) in Dec 2020
Interview
Submitted a resume and received an email to set up a phone screen the same day. Had the phone screen the very next day which was a Friday - was advised an email would be sent with some assessments as well as a portion to answer a few interview questions recorded.
On Monday I received an email to set up a video interview which then happened on Tuesday. The interview last a little over 30 minutes and went very well. The manager that I spoke with was very professional as well as personable and made the interview feel much more like a conversation. The next day I received an email with an offer which I gladly accepted- was sent an email to move forward the the background check shortly thereafter.
The HR contact as well a manager who conducted the interview were very professional yet also so nice and made it an enjoyable experience!

Interview
Very easy going, conducted on zoom, asked questions about my current experience and my education. Probably lasted about 30
minutes or so. I don’t remember too many questions being asked that were detailed, high level answers were permissible.

Interview
It was pretty easy as your are fresher they would ask you from your resume and some knowledge of AML which can be done and after that they will conduct English proficiency test which need to be cleared.

Interview
One of the easiest interviews I've ever had. I basically just explained my past work experience and skills, and was asked a few yes/no questions. I was more or less told they were going to offer me the job in the interview, then I was called a few days later with the verbal offer.
