I applied on-line. Recruiter reached out over email to schedule call. I replied and she replied back scheduling an interview. Lots of back and forth emails. Having to confirm every message. Seemed a bit like High School. Was even told what to wear for my on-site interview.

Question 1
Performance Based Questions - sort of. 5 or so meetings with groups of 2 individuals. Lots of time spent alone in a conference room waiting for the next group. Then a chat with the VP of the Division - he came across as a jerk, honestly. This is an entry level position, not something for an experienced person.
Online with two different people. The first is a recruiter and the second is with a potential manager. You should focus on your ability to sell and talk to people.
