The process was very informal. There wasn't a designated space for the interview, so we interviewed in the employee room. Roland held the interview and seemed friendly. Their office is located inside a run down bungalow inside their work yard. I met up with Roland and the HR Director. I was offered the position, but was asked to wait 3 weeks until they moved into a new building. After waiting 3 weeks I got a call from Cesar which is in charge of the hiring. Apparently the company decided to go a "different route" with the position. I turned down 2 job offerings with other company's for AmPam. They screwed me over and all they had to say is sorry. This company has no work ethics, integrity, employee loyalty nor shame. Now I am left without a job. Do not invest your time with this company. Look somewhere else.
