Leadership skills, stress handling, and scenario based questions regarding EMS skills.
I applied online. I interviewed at AMR (Lancaster, CA)
Interview
They are very descriptive in what they expect from you and email you a list of items to bring. They have one interview with verbal responses and skills. If you don't pass you can schedule a retake interview again. After you will do a physical. MAKE SURE you are extremely descriptive. They always say you don't have enough detail. They need to know they have someone who actually knows what's going on in that 10-minute interview, not just reciting something from the book.
