AMRESCO interview questions

HR phone interview plus two in person interviews, one with department manager/direct supervisor and one with operations supervisor. HR was approximately 30 minutes, and each of the others was an hour. In person also included more time with HR and a short session with a department peer. The management view of the company culture and the job itself was very different from what I found when I arrived in the job.

Phone interview was scheduled. Recruiter did not call at scheduled time. When she did call she talked about herself and the company for 40 minutes. Interview and subjects discussed not as expected.
