Interview
The interview was very professional, the GM Jeff Jean was polite and very welcoming, he did not intimidate or make the room uncomfortable, He did ask direct questions but gave me enough time to thoroughly answer in detail and lastly he turned his cell phone off and that showed me a sign of respect.

Interview
Questioned by middle quality manager and plant manager. The two managers asked different questions, but some were not applicable to a job interveiw. The quality department manager stated he could not beleive that I would take a job there. They discussed their concerns about an upcoming audit, and how important it was to be sucessful at completeing the audit.
