The interview process had a few steps. I was first screened on the phone, later had a language check with a recruiter. After that I had a competency based interview where first I was asked a couple questions, I prepared myself by familiarizing myself with the STAR method. After the questions I got two tasks to solve. The recruiter and sourcer were kind and professional.

The process were a bit long. First screening call and an online final stage interview. İt took 2 hours long. First part is competency based questions and second part were case study. For a trainee role expections were too high.
