I applied online and they called me back the next week to schedule the interview. I arrived at the location and the receptionist was very friendly. Then I talked to a hiring manager who was quiet. He showed me the lab and then I was interviewed by him and the HR manager. The interview was difficult and they asked me some strange questions. They asked for 2 weaknesses. They asked if I ever had a disagreement with someone at work and how I handled it. They were very serious and didn't smile at all. The HR manager was very abrupt. I felt very uncomfortable.
