It was a long interview you have to be ready with all the basic concepts of core and be ready with the cross questions in the final round just answer them confidently.

Through connections was called for an Interview at HO, Mumbai. Reception at HO was too good & cordial. HR lady was very much co-operative & guided well thru out the interview process.

I am an experienced person in the field they actually required,we were in total 4 people gone for an interview at their Mumbai corporate office at exuinox park they were hiring for GET at a package of 1.80LPA,I am having 5 months of experience in the same field and having package of 2LPA with free breakfast and lunch, house from my office side and free transportation but I am on contract basis from Design Tech System so just to become a Permanent Employee I was ready to accept package lower then my current CTC with no other facilities and company which is at very remote place with many negative reviews regarding salary on different sites. Other person's with me was fresher's and don't know anything about the software and no technical knowledge but they were referred "specially"by the institute.Since my interview was very long approx 1hour 15minutes taken by their senior manager the ambience of the place was very good, Manager discussed with me on various technical topics yes he was having very good knowledge and after 35 years he still remember the basics of Mechanical Engineering he told me all the things which company do ,rest all 3 person's come out in 20,30,12minutes asked everything from them except mechanical engineering basics concepts ,But still I didn't got selected I was the first person to face the interview and has given interview for more then an hour and replied for almost every question which intervieweur has asked from me but still all other 3 were selected who even didn't make correct model in CAD test and don't even know the basics of that software (Nx)"how to fully constrained the sketch in Nx." I did't feel bad because I am working in Mahindra and Mahindra currently,but by seeing that they are selecting any body for some profit from Institutes and consultancies and rejecting the experienced one is not an good idea it will be an ultimate loss for the company because if you will hire an unexperienced and technically weak person just for a profit of yourself then you have to trained them from zero level for atleast 6 months on software and still also you can not make them technically strong because it depends upon individual interest.If the results were decided then they must have not called me I have taken leave from office spent at least 1000Rs going to Mumbai and coming back + Lunch and 500 RS deducted from my salary for 1 day leave. It's was ultimately a big money loss for me even I didn't came to know where I was actually weak and what were my mistakes so that I can work on it,But whatever the company policy was in selecting the candidates just leave that ,I learned many things from the manager ultimately I didn't lost I gained an experience of giving interview in front of person who is having an experience of 35 years for more then 1 hour it might be among the best interviews of my life which will help me in upcoming opportunities,may be my decision was wrong to leave my present company without getting a sufficient experience. But I will definitely try again with double energy and confidence. But their HR email I'd is wrong which is given on their website and in career section after filling all details and submitting it will show SQL error.

We were to gice out CV's through mail through our college and then there was the first shorlisting of the CV's and then at their workplace First round was the HR round and then the technical round. It was pretty casual looked like they wanted more experienced people.

I was a trainee there and as a Trainee I worked for 3-4 months and then Manager hired me to replace the person who was transfering to Mumbai branch. In Interview they just asked about my education.
