I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AMX Healthcare in May 2025
Interview
One of the most disappointing hiring processes I've experienced.
The process involved five interview rounds, yet compensation was only discussed at the very end. Several interviews felt more interrogatory than conversational, which made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable.
The company repeatedly stated they wanted someone who was highly money-driven, but the final offer was USD $5/hour for an 11-hour shift supporting the U.S. market as an independent contractor. The compensation package was described as "amazing" because of its commission structure, but candidates only become eligible for the full commission plan after one year with the company.
After investing time in five interviews, I found the offer and working conditions completely misaligned with the expectations set throughout the process. Greater transparency around compensation from the beginning would have saved everyone time.

Question 1
"Do you consider yourself a competitive person, and how do you balance competition with teamwork?"
3 different calls. One with CEO at the end to discuss salary and commission. It’s a fast process overall. Interview is easy however better pay attention in the process and what they tell you.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AMX Healthcare (Brasília, Federal District) in Mar 2024
Interview
Wrost interview process I ever experienced so far, the never say what the salary is and they also never make an offer until they dump you out. I’ve had 5 interviews, one of them lasted 1:30 minutes for after tell me I’m not the one.
